Family Update

So, again I have slacked on keeping this current. Here is just an update on us! Brayden is 1!! Well, that was a few months ago. He is a little over 14months now! I can't believe it! He has been walking since July! He is now running! It is so much fun to watch him every day learning new things and growing! He loves playing with Taisa! By far, I think it might be one of the things he likes most! I feel so lucky that she is so good around him. I never have to worry! He has a selection of words: Hi, Hey, Dada, Mama, Tay-Tah (Tasia), Nana (banana), he says thank you, even though it doesn't sound like "thank you" = ) I feel so blessed that I am able to stay home with Him, and watch everything he does!

Jordan is busy with work and baseball still. However, we started our own organization. Northwest Islanders Baseball club, is a non profit baseball organization. Jordan is the founder, and coaches one of the two teams. I work on the secretarial work, treasury, and also organizing fundraisers. He works hard for us, and I appreciate it more than I can say.

Brayden keeps me busy all day running around. Next month finally we will be making a trip down to California. I can't wait! Its been so long! I can't wait to see Brayden with my two nephews! They are going to have such a blast, as will I seeing my family!

So the weather has finally got really nice! Jordan and I took Brayden back to the park. He just loves it! Thankfully it's really starting to feel like spring! He loves the swings, watching all of the people, and we even got his feet wet. The water was pretty cold, he didn't like it for too long!

Easter

So this was Brayden's first Easter! We got him a few presents, but he is still too young for egg hunts and dying. Next year! = ) We went and took some pictures of him down by Lake Washington..We had to make it quick, it was so windy that day! Jordan's Brother, sister-in-law, nephew and mom came over for an early dinner. Jen was so nice to make all of the food! It was yummy! Brayden had fun playing with his new toys.. books, from grandma, and a musical dog from Jerod, Jen and Drew. My mom and Dad sent a cute shapes block set, and a Mickey Mouse shirt. Can't wait to get him in it! Just a few pics from the day...

Long time..again!

So, again it has been a long time since I updated! Been busy, been sick... craziness! Brayden is getting through an ear infection, no clue what I've got, and Jordan has his cough back again. Hopefully we are all on the road to recovery! We had an exciting trip to Disneyland with my family a few weeks ago... it was sooo much fun! Brayden had a blast! It was so much fun watching him look, and take everything in! And when he saw Mickey... he couldn't stop smiling and laughing! Brought tears to my eyes! Even though he won't remember it, I know he had a ton of fun! He is almost nine months now! I know, crazy! He cut his top two teeth finally, and they are making there way down! He loves throwing balls, daddy throwing him up and down, playing with Tasia, clapping, and smiling! He is such an amazing boy, I love him so much!

Jordan has begun another busy stretch! Work is picking up more and more with the Mariner's beginning their season mid April. He is the assistant coach for Mercer Island High School, practicing every night. He loves what he does, and hopefully he will be able to catch a breath soon! = )

As for me, I am keeping busy with Brayden! It is such an amazing job to be able to stay at home with him! Even with the challenging moments, I wouldn't trade it for the world!

Time goes by so fast

It has been a while since I've posted again... Time flies by so quickly! Well, Brayden is growing like a weed!! He is now 7 1/2 months old.. weighing about 22lbs.. and about 29 1/2 inches! He sits up all by himself, loves playing with his toys, Tasia, and sitting in his bouncy seat!

Jordan is still working hard. He is now the Assistant Coach at Mercer Island High School. He is still working full time for the Seattle Mariners, and some independant coaching as well... YES, he is extremely busy!

I am still at home with Brayden, loving every minute. Getting super excited for our upcoming vacation with my family down in Disneyland!! I cant wait!!

Holidays

So it has taken me a while to update, sorry! We had a great holiday season here, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year! Brayden enjoyed his first Christmas, and Jordan and I loved watching him take everything in! Crazy to think next year he will be 18 months!! He actually pulled on tissue and wrapping paper.. gave himself a paper cut even! = ) He received a lot of great presents, and loves playing with everything! From a basketball hoop, playtime ball drop jungle, vtech laptop, musical shapes cookie jar, blocks, ball, and much more. We all had a great time...Jordan and I even were able to make cookies on Christmas Eve! YUM! = )
