Holidays

So it has taken me a while to update, sorry! We had a great holiday season here, I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year! Brayden enjoyed his first Christmas, and Jordan and I loved watching him take everything in! Crazy to think next year he will be 18 months!! He actually pulled on tissue and wrapping paper.. gave himself a paper cut even! = ) He received a lot of great presents, and loves playing with everything! From a basketball hoop, playtime ball drop jungle, vtech laptop, musical shapes cookie jar, blocks, ball, and much more. We all had a great time...Jordan and I even were able to make cookies on Christmas Eve! YUM! = )

Brayden lately...

Brayden has been reaching fun and exciting milestones lately! He willl roll over on to his tummy, and back. Getting back is a little more of a challenge, but eventually will make it. He also cut his first tooth! It wasn't horrible, but he definately was a little more cranky, and lost some sleep. Hopefully the pain is gone.. probably just beginning for me if he bites!! Ouch!
He loves Mickey Mouse! It is soo cute to watch his face light up when it comes on in the morning! Which makes me even more excited that we will be going to Disneyland in February with my family!! I can't wait!! Even though he won't remember anything, to watch him get so excited now.. it will be even better in February!
Brayden is almost 6 months now! Time is flying by! We have a Dr.'s appt just after the first of the year and I will now his weight and length for sure.. but I would say he is probably around 17-18lbs, and about 28in. Growing boy with a good appetite! I hope he stays this good of an eater! = )
Jordan is working harder than ever! I am so thankful to have him!! Unfortunately he has been battling a cough for more than a month now! They say it is Restricted Airway Disease..which is like Asthma.. but his medicine hasn't been a help at all... so I think something else might be going on.. Hopefully he gets better soon.. but with our 17 degree weather, the cold air makes it worse!
And me... I am doing good.. wishing I got more sleep! = ) Brayden definately keeps me busy!! He is going through the stage where he doesn't let me leave a room without getting upset.. makes getting things done a bit harder.. but I love him so much, he can follow me anywhere!! (well...of course I take him) lol
These are just some pictures from this past month...

Thanksgiving

So it has been a while since I posted... Things have been sorta crazy busy lately. We'll go back to Thanksgiving to start! = ) Thanksgiving was good! We spent it here with Jordan's family. Had tons of food! Brayden enjoyed his baby sweet potatoes! = )We were able to catch a decent family photo! Jordans head got cut off... but Brayden was smiling!

More Milestones...

Brayden is now eating carrots and green beans! He loves them! Im telling you this kid might eat anything we try to feed him! No complaints here!! He's a growing boy.. starting to get chunky.. but its cute! We've also moved into the high chair! He knows now when he goes in it, food is coming!! = )
He is almost rolling over on his own! He tries, and gets sad when he can't do it on his own. He has been sitting up for a while, with things propped up in front of him, or behind...He weighs 16lbs, and is 27inches long, and just over 4 1/2 months!

Halloween

I was so happy we were able to go down to CA for halloween! It was so nice to be able to see my family again! We went miniature golfing, hung out, and for halloween we went to my sister's church for the carnival! It was so fun being able to watch Elijah and Tyler have such a good time! They are so sweet, and smart! The games that they have the kids play, man they know exactly what to do!! Brayden had fun watching, maybe if we are able to, we can go back next year, and then he will be able to enjoy it a bit more! He liked being in his costume, he was soo cute! My little blue monster! It was sad to go, but we will be back soon!

Carving our pumpkin

We finally carved our pumpkin a couple of nights ago. Brayden watched, but obviously doesnt understand what's going on... but he seemed to have a good time! These are just a couple of pictures from that night.
